The Transcomplex Research Subject Towards the Transepistemological within Management

Abstract

To extend the analysis of general knowledge and its forms of integration, it could be possible to start from any discipline, theory and approach. However, each area of knowledge has its own emerging epistemological perspectives, as well as its corresponding epistemological, ideological and scientific-methodological implications, so that developing a study on the integration of knowledge presupposes facing the challenge of transgressing the boundaries of the object of study, without undermining the role of science and the researcher. From the position of Ramírez del C, A (2016) in his speech on "The Transcomplex Investigative Subject in the Transit towards the Managerial Transpistemological"; It can be elucidated that even today there is paradoxically an unconfessed isolation (research and epistemology). This peculiar phenomenon generates the demand for studies that promote more integrative approaches such as those of transdisciplinary and Transcomplexity. Consequently, the objective of this paper consists precisely in systematizing some transpistemological foundations of these approaches from a reflective vision of the article.
